Launched in the Spring/Summer 2020 collection, the Gucci Horsebit 1955 handbag is a reinterpretation of a classic design. Following the same lines and shapes as when it was first introduced over sixty years ago, this accessory highlights the horsebit by blending original details with a modern spirit. Part of the Gucci genetic code, the double ring and bar design has become one of the most distinctive elements of the brand’s signature borrowed from the equestrian world. This small flap shoulder bag is crafted from red textured leather with hardware and a special mechanism to adjust the length of the shoulder strap, so it can be carried either on the shoulder or across the body.

Each bag comes with a pouch containing two additional button covers that can be used to cover the exposed horsebit when extending the shoulder strap
